This is a question that I pondered for a long time.  What is the age to get an “Agent” for your son.  Or even better should you get an agent.  Some people believe that to hire an agent is getting youth players to behave too much as professionals but the true is that if you want your son or daughter to have an opportunity with the big teams, probably an agent will get your foot on the door.
