Womens Soccer Game Turns Ugly…..What should happen to this dirty player? Leave your comments Throwing elbows, punching in the back, tripping, hair pulling, kicking into someone’s face and sucker punches? Sounds like a typical scrum between young siblings. Well, in the 2009 MWN semifinal match between BYU and New Mexico, there was no lipstick, no perfume and no fingernail polish. There was, however, good old fashioned chick fighting. Check out the byu’s Kassidy Shumway (21) getting her bell rung (or neck snapped) by New Mexico’s Elizabeth Lambert (15). I loved a good chick fight as much as the next guy, but c’mon. That’s the equivalent of a guy hitting below the belt. That’s bush league, sweetie. Yep, bush league.

    At first I was horrified but over time I have come to like her. I wish men’s soccer had someone like her to wipe out the prat-falling and whining European soccer players. I would love to be with her in the trenches of a battlefield.

    @pro1tein Ray Lewis plays an entirely different sport. And the tackling from behind that went between the girls legs was definitely not legal, as she took out the girls legs first. That was a card offense. doesn’t matter if she was “trying” to playing the ball or not. As a coach, if I ever had an athlete behave this way, they would not play for me again that season.
