Many, many men and women give up a large part of their personal free time for very good causes. Many of them pass on their valuable knowledge and experiences in sports such as soccer, or football, if you’re not from the USA. Perhaps their own kids play in the team they coach and manage and while this is sometimes a thankless task and very hard work (I’ve been there) it’s also very rewarding when you can pass on your own knowledge and skills.
